LONG TERM RENTALS

- + Agency fee half of 1 month’s rent + VAT
- Marketing, advertising and showing the property
- Negotiating conditions with the future tenant
- Assisting you with the contract
- Preparing property for new tenants
- Doing an inventory of fixtures with tenant
- Acting as the sole contact with tenants
- Ensuring that bills are transferred to tenant
- Managing any technical issues that may arrise
