The Excellence is a fully equipped two bedroom vacation rental apartment in residential Baka and comes complete with comfortable furnishings. It’s located in a modern building that boasts a Shabbat elevator, private garage parking and courtyard with gardens and waterfall. The apartment features air conditioning and underfloor heating, a full service kitchen, internet and an open balcony with a view of the courtyard. The residence is located in a brand new building next to the popular Lipshitz Park with lots of playgrounds and activities. It also includes linens/towels, iron/board, washer and dryer, Smart TV with cable, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, a small fold out desk in the second room, hotplate and hot water urn, a rolling cart for shopping, and expanding dinner table with extra chairs for guests plus an outdoor table and chairs on the balcony.
During the Sukkot Holidays, the complex offers guests a community Sukka with chairs and tables provided for a fee.
Minimum stay:
– 5 nights for low leason
– 7 nights for high season (July-August and December 20-January 5, January 16-31, Purim, Hanukkah, Shavuot, Rosh HaShannah, Yom Kippur)
– 10 nights for Passover and Sukkot
